Leadership & Skills Academy is implemented as INHOUSE PROGRAM, customed to the wishes and needs of a company.
The basic program of the Academy consists of 10 workshops per 5 school hours, in total duration of 50 school hours. The duration and content of the Academy can be fully customized and upgraded with additional topics in according to the needs of each individual company.
The program can be performed at the location (live) or online. At the end of the program, participants receive DIPLOMA of the Leadership & Skills Academy.
The Leadership & Skills Academy creates leaders based on the most modern achievements of managerial science and is based on research, case analysis and experience in consulting work of prof. Dr. Velimir Srića in the region and the world.
The Academy is intended for current and future leaders, board members, directors, entrepreneurs, leaders of projects and changes, and heads of organizational units.
