The book was among the first in Croatia to deal with modern leadership in an original way and provide a comprehensive and applicable model of a leadership approach to managing oneself and one's team. The book is intended for a wide audience: managers, politicians, scientists, artists, change leaders and entrepreneurs. HOW TO BECOME FULL OF IDEAS

On its 190 pages, the book elaborates in detail the basic issues of creativity management in the implementation of inventive projects, from IT to development. In addition to the prologue, epilogue and several exercises to stimulate creativity on a daily basis, the book is divided into five sections. On a global scale, this is a pioneering and unique work on the topic of creativity management in the field of high (especially information) technologies. The book has been translated into Slovenian and English.

Modern companies win with innovation and creativity. This 390-page book addresses the topic of the impact of modern ideas and technologies on the practice of contemporary management. The content provides an original overview of the theory and practice of inventive management. For many years, the book was a textbook and manual on management at numerous regional universities, and was used as literature in the education of generations of young Croatian entrepreneurs and managers. The book has been translated into Macedonian, and parts of it into numerous languages of the region.
CREATIVITY MANAGEMENT

This was the first published work in Croatia dedicated to the topic of creativity management. On its 103 pages, it deals with the theory and practice of creativity management. It was a real bestseller and for a scientific monograph in two years it achieved a record circulation in Croatia of two editions of 5,000 copies each. It is written in a readable, distinctive and literary style, full of picturesqueness, anecdotes, examples and aphorisms. It has been used in high school education, at universities across the region, and in creativity development workshops. Numerous generations of economists, innovators, students, theorists and practitioners of creativity have been brought up on it.
PRINCIPLES OF MODERN MANAGEMENT

A 267-page monograph and university textbook dealing with the basic principles of modern management. It is a pioneering book, one of the first works in the Croatian language that systematically deals with the issues of management of capitalist enterprises. The book served as a highly cited and used textbook in undergraduate and postgraduate studies at all Croatian universities, and was awarded the 1993 Strossmayer Prize. It is the starting point of numerous later researches and monographs on the topic of modern management in Croatia and the region.

An original and inventive university textbook that included 275 pages of conceptual and theoretical frameworks of a modern approach to IS design and the development and application of information technology in modern management. This book has served as a foundation for modernizing access to information technology in university education and consulting work. It was the first textbook on the managerial application of informatics in the region, which, at the same time, set methodological standards and definitions of information management and defined the framework of a new scientific discipline. The book won the "Mijo Mirkovic" award
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

This is the first book in Croatia on the topic of customer relationship management (CRM). CRM is a business strategy that every modern company must adopt if it wants to survive in the market in the long run. In addition to developing companies' customer orientation, the text also processes CRM software solutions that integrate marketing, sales, customer service and field operations. The book has served as a textbook in many training programs across the region, and has also been used as a handbook to spread knowledge about this new scientific and professional field. The book received the "Mijo Mirković" award.
