The foreword to the book was written by the father of modern marketing and one of the world's most influential management experts, Philip Kotler: "There are many books on 'fixing' society. EmPower US! Is one of the best I've read. The authors went much deeper with their analysis of why societies are falling apart. "
Book EmPower US! says the world is broken! That the new normal means politics without principles, wealth without work, business without morals, science without humanity, technology without ethics, ecology without sustainability and knowledge without character. We are surrounded by fake news and depression, angry masses, untrustworthy leaders and shattered institutions. However, the book also says that we have an opportunity to put everything back in its place and offers a model of how to do it.

IN SEARCH OF HARMONY IN A DISHARMONIOUS WORLD
Algora Publishing, New York, 2014.
Questioning the existing value system, the author offers a new, consistently based leadership model for managers in government, political, and nonprofit organizations, applicable to all people who want to live a better, more quality life. By integrating the knowledge, skills, and values of harmonious leadership, the model provides an original view of the leadership challenge, encouraging people to work on themselves and improve relationships with others through behaviors that promote a positive attitude toward the world and create harmony.
The model is truly multicultural, uniting views on the leadership of the Far and Middle East, mixing them with Zen wisdom and integrating them with the management trends of the developed West as well as experiences in the transition countries of Central and Eastern Europe. Through simple examples, the author explains in detail how each of us can develop inner harmony and then build and develop harmonious teams and organizations.
